- Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email info@sterlingwear.co.uk with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. - Cancelling after dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse delivery, or return the item under our 30-day Return and Exchange Policy. - Your statutory right to cancel
If you are in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund, including standard outbound delivery costs. This right applies in addition to our 30-day return policy. No cancellation fee applies. - Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. - Contact
