- We currently deliver to customers in the United Kingdom only.
- All import duties and taxes are paid by Sterling Wear Limited.
- You will never be asked to pay customs charges on delivery.
- All UK orders qualify for free standard shipping.

- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Orders placed before 6:00 PM (UK time) on business days are processed the same day where possible.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

There are no additional shipping fees for standard delivery within the UK.
